For the Milka x Snelle campaign, I led the UI design during my time at Ogilvy, turning early concepts and wireframes into a finished digital product. The project was developed together with international teams, including Ogilvy India.
The challenge was to design a simple and clear user experience around a complex AI process, while staying fully aligned with Milka’s brand guidelines. Users could generate personalised songs by artist Snelle through a step-by-step flow using text, voice, and video generation.
I designed the interface and user flows with a strong focus on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use, making sure the technology stayed understandable and engaging for users.
The platform combined multiple AI services, including OpenAI for text generation, Uberduck for voice synthesis, and HeyGen for video creation, and was part of a larger integrated campaign rollout.
